Erwin Richard Caduff. Chairman 

Rico Caduff has been Managing Director and Head of Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management Asia Pacific since 1998, retiring in 2007. He has over 30 years experience in private banking and has lead successful teams of over 400 people in the bank‘s Private Wealth Management division.

Mr. Caduff was also a member of the Global Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management.

Prior to that he was Head of Paribas Private Banking‘s South East Asia business, Head of the Zurich Branch and Private Banking unit for Paribas in Zurich, and held a variety of senior positions with Coutts & Co and Citibank Private Banking.

Rico now serves as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of EFG International AG, a Swiss private bank.

 

Massimo Luca Hilber. CEO and Managing Partner

Massimo Hilber was Managing Director and Head of International Marketing  Desk of Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management Asia Pacific since 2006. He has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Industry.

Prior to that he was Global Head of International Wealth Management for
Credit Suisse Private Banking Singapore, where he led a successful team
and established the Global Offshore Center for Credit Suisse.

He held various Senior Management position, and headed Bierbaum & Co. Zuerich’s FX Division for over 11 years. He was also a member of the Board of Martin-Bierbaum AG, Zurich.

 

Sacha Di Maio. Chief Investment Officer

Sacha previously worked as a Portfolio Manager for Marcuard Family Office in Zurich.

He has managed discretionary and non-discretionary equity and fixed income portfolios for UBS and Bank Vontobel. Lately he held a senior position as Investment Consultant with Credit Suisse Singapore.

Sacha, with some 11 years of experience, is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He  holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Baden, Switzerland.
