Sinan Bodmer Born in 1963, Mr. Bodmer co-founded Marcuard Heritage AG and is a Managing Partner of Marcuard Heritage Ltd., Cyprus.

He was Chief Representative of UBS Private Banking in Moscow from 1995 to 2003.

Mr. Bodmer has a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and is fluent in Russian, German, English and French.

Adrian Guldener. Managing Partner

Adrian Guldener Born in 1964, Mr. Guldener co-founded Marcuard Heritage AG and is a Managing Partner of Marcuard Heritage AG in Zurich.

He was Desk Head of UBS Private Banking Eastern Europe in Zurich until 2003.

Mr. Guldener holds a Bachelor in Political Science from New York University and is fluent in Russian, German, English and French.

Hans-Joerg Rudloff. Chairman

Hans Joerg Rudloff Mr. Rudloff is Chairman of Marcuard Heritage AG in Zurich and of Marcuard Holding Ltd. Bermuda.

He is also currently Executive Chairman of Barclays Capital, the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Bank, London.

Mr. Rudloff is a Vice-Chairman of Novartis and serves on the Board of Directors of Rosneft, Thyssen Bornemisza Group and Landeskreditbank Baden-Wuerttemberg.

He has held a variety of senior positions in the banking industry, having been Chairman and chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston and Chairman of Kidder Peabody International.
